As an administrator, is it possible to make the fields Title, Preferred Name, Mobile Phone Country/Region, and Mobile Phone in the My Profile - Personal Information section read-only and not editable? We are performing an integration and these fields will be populated automatically. We want to prevent users from modifying them to avoid discrepancies between systems.

This is related to the travel profile. I think it is doable if you are using travel module and have the right admin permissions. I am not able to validate this as travel module is not enabled in our sandbox.
However, I am attaching similar article and documentation link where you can find this information. If you don't have the required travel admin permissions, then you might need to raise a support ticket with Concur.
