Personal Information editing

Hello, in my profile, Concur won't let me edit my name or remove by middle name from what gets used on travel reservation.  I don't see any setting for changing this.  The boxes are grayed out and uneditable for me.

Hi @jedwar02 ,

In most cases, the name fields are grayed out because they have been configured as read-only for users based on your company’s policy. If you need to update or remove your middle name, please contact your SAP Concur Administrator. If you are unsure who your administrator is, you may reach out to your direct manager for assistance.
