Personal Info keeps saying required and wont update

Hello All!

I am not able to book travel because it keeps telling me my Personal profile is incomplete. It looks like the Phone number fields arent saving. It says [Required**] in red even though I have entered information. I have tried every format xxx-xxx-xxxx, (xxx)xxx-xxxx, 1-xxx-xxx-xxx, xxxxxxxxxx. I have also attempted with a different browser. Please help!

@tcaceres I just looked at your profile. I don't think the phone number is the issue. If you scroll down a bit, you are missing other required information. You need to enter your gender and date of birth. See my screenshot below. Fill out these details, then try doing your booking again. This should clear up the issue.

Hmm... I don't have that field to enter info into. 

It is the contact field that says "required"

@tcaceres the fields should be right above the International Travel: Passports and Visas. See my screenshot.
