Name Change in profile

My name has been changed. My employer updated my name in the corporate websites but concur still has my old name. How do I update my name?

@jgtyler11 Hello!  Here are steps for you to update your name in your Travel Profile.  If it needs to be updated for Expense, you will want to reach out to your SAP Concur Admin.  I can send you that information if you  need it!

To change the name listed in your Travel profile, please follow the below steps:

1. Select Profile > Profile Settings > Personal Information
2. Enter First Name, Middle Name and Last Name (If no Middle Name, please check the box 'No Middle Name')  
3. Update any other desired information
4. Select Save

NOTE: In some cases where First Name, Middle Name or Last Name fields are grayed out, the user will need to contact their Concur Program Administrator for name change assistance.
