NOT RECEIVING VERIFICATIONS TO PERSONAL EMAIL

I use to get updates on the status of my travel reimbursement sent to my personal email.  My personal and business email are both verified.  I no longer get the verifications sent to my personal email.  How can i switch it back so that I receive the travel alerts in my personal email?

@hopenorris Hello!  Here are steps to get this re-activated: 

 

  1. Log in to your SAP Concur application

  2. Click on your name on the right corner of the page

  3. Click on Profile Settings

  4. Click on Email Addresses on the left menu

  5. Click on the pencil under Actions on the line of your personal Email Address:

6. Change the selection of "Contact for Travel Notifications?" from No to Yes:

7. Click on Ok

8. Click on Save on the profile page
