Mobile App Issue: Safari can't open because your iphone is not connected to internet.

An employee is having this issue however her phone is connected to the internet. Has anyone ran into this issue and know a fix?

Hi @hkastanek ,

Can you try setting up default browser as chrome instead of safari and check whether issue gets resolved. You can go to mobile settings, change default browser for apps.

Other option to stop opening Concur mobile app into browser and open it as an app. 

With below settings you can stop switching between browser and app.

You can try below setting which I have tried in my android. Hope it will work in iOS also considering app settings are same.

Settings to stop opening in browser:

1. Go to mobile Settings

2. In Search >> type "Opening links" and double click to open

3. On next page >> from the listed apps >> click SAP Concur 

4. Disable "Open supported links" option.

5. Done.

Now open SAP Concur app, it will not open in browser.

Settings to stop opening in app:

1. Go to mobile Settings

2. In Search >> type "Opening links" and double click to open

3. On next page >> from the listed apps >> click SAP Concur 

4. Enable "Open supported links" option.

5. Done.

Now open SAP Concur app, it will not open in app. It should be redirected to browser.
