Local supply chain data

As part of our social value commitments we need to show which of our expenses are in the local supply chain. Is there, or could there be an option to specify this, either at submission or approval?

@mattconc1 if the users submitting these expenses know if it is in local supply chain, you could add a new custom field to your expense report forms that is labeled In Local Supply Chain? This could be a drop down with Yes or No. Users could specify this on each expense entry or if this only applied to certain expense types, you could make it so the field only appears when those expense types are selected.

 

Likely you will need to submit this change to SAP Concur Support as access to adding fields to forms is only for those who have completed our Advanced Configuration training.
