Is there a way to report by Cognos the SAP financial document number?

We are using ICS for financial posting.

As part of the interactive communication between SAP and Concur, Concur displays on Audit Trail --> Report Level --> Description the posting feedback received including the SAP financial posting document number.

Is it possible to report this information through Cognos?
