Intelligence Error Message

Hi @CELIKKE2 ,

 

can you please try log out, delete all cache history, cookies and then try logging in and access.

 

This should resolve your issue.

 

If not, you can try it in another browser and check.

Hi, 

 

We tried the steps mentioned above.

 

Also tried to open on incognito tab but we're still having the same error message and it's not showing the report.

Hi @CELIKKE2 ,

 

Attaching similar article for your further reference. They have given browser wise cookie deletion steps. Please try this.

 

Also, as per given in the cause, such types of errors occurs if your site is running on specific X server. 

 

After deleting cookie also if issue still persists then I would suggest reaching out to your IT department and request them to look into this. If they are not able to resolve this issue then last option, you can raise a support ticket with Concur.

Hi, 

 

We tried both deleting all cookies and trying to open on different browsers with IT department but we couldn't solve the issue.

 

How can we create support ticket about that?

Hi @CELIKKE2 ,

 

You can reach out to Company Concur Administrator and ask them to create a support ticket for this issue. You can provide them all the supporting screenshots for reference purpose. 

 

If you don't know who is the administrator from your company then I would suggest reaching out to HR and check with them. They must know who is handling Concur Administrative activities in your company.

@CELIKKE2 what is the name of the report you are trying to run and in which format? Where is this report saved? I'd like to try and see if it will run for me or not.

Hi @CELIKKE2 ,

 

Can you please try removing reporting role for your profile and assign it again. 

 

And may be on Monday you can check again whether you are able to access reports. 

 

Also, you can check with other team member who has reporting role and whether they are also facing same issue, or it is only happening for you.
