Good morning I need help with this error i want to upload a Cost center y CONCUR but when I am trying i have this error.

Hello @cmarti52 ,

In our company, this error typically occurs when the approver specified in the employee record does not yet exist in SAP Concur, or when the employee designated as the approver has not been assigned the appropriate approval role within the system. As a result, Concur is unable to properly validate the approval hierarchy during the employee import process.

@cmarti52 your screenshot looks like you are doing an employee import to assign authorized approvers. This isn't how you would upload a cost center.

Cost Centers would be added under List Management. Your post is a little confusing as you mention two different things; creating a workflow and uploading a cost center.

Could you clarify what you need help with, please?
