@Lcornelius I've seen a few other reports of people not able to attach images from the processor screen. I have been told this is a known issue being worked on currently.
In the meantime, the workaround is for the submitter or their delegate to open the submitted report and attach documentation at the report level. That way you don't need to return the report and still get the needed documentation attached.
