Name Defaulted to Maiden Name

Hello, 

 

When I created my account, it defaulted to my Maiden name. I have had my current last name for 8 years. How do I correct the issue and update my flight planned so my tickets have my current last name on them?

@KHulse this depends on your company and how they are feeding information into SAP Concur. If they are feeding information from your HR system, then you would need to make sure your company has the correct name in the HR system. 

 

Some companies however, do allow for employees to edit the information on their Travel profile. If you sign in to SAP Concur and click your initials in the upper right you will see a little window appear. Select Profile Settings. From the Profile Settings screen select Personal Information. This will take you to your Travel profile. See if the name fields are open for editing or grayed out. If they are grayed out and you see your maiden name in the last name field, then you will need to contact your company's travel administrator and request them to change your last name.
