Getting Account has been deactivated on my mobile app but I am able to log into my account online.

I am able to loginto my account online. However when I try using the mobile application on my Iphone I keep getting "my account has been deactivated please see my administrator" How do I resolve this problem.

@randy11595 I first suggest doing a hard shut down and reboot of your phone. Also, check to make sure the app is up to date. Give that a try and let me know if it works or not.

uninstalled the app reinstalled with the current version. Turned off phone... same error... on my phone Xr running iOS 16.5
