I am a delegate for several people. My colleague is now a delegate for someone but when she acts as that person, the (4) buttons here do not show up. Who needs settings changed so the new delegate can see these buttons to start a report? Thanks in advance.
Hello. I'd start with the user to make sure they assigned the delegate the permission to create a report.
The user needs to have the Can Prepare (and possibly the Can Submit Reports) permissions checked so the delegate can create and submit a report for the user.
