Conditional Display of Product List Based on Selection in Concur

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if it’s possible to implement an 'if' statement in Concur. Specifically, if an employee selects "Yes" in the dropdown column, the Product Item field will automatically appear, allowing multiple selections.

Is this functionality supported in Concur? If not, are there any workarounds or alternative solutions to achieve this behavior?

@Ivy what is the "dropdown column"? What is it you are trying to achieve? Is this for end users or for site admins? 

I'm just a little unclear on what you are trying to achieve.

Technically it is possible to achieve your requirement, however it will work partially, meaning at a time you can select only one list item from the list.

For list data type there is a system limitation of selecting only one list item at a time and here nothing much can be done.

Regarding your requirement, there is option called 'conditional field' available on report header and expense entry form, under forms and fields section.  Here, you can select if value is selected as Yes then show product list field.

Role Required - Expense Configuration Administrator (unrestricted)

Note - this doesn't support for standard fields and connected list data type fields.
