@alisesarcevica I should point out that Intelligence - Standard Reports are found within the Cognos tool. Cognos is not in Intelligence - Standard Reports.
Having said that, if you have been assigned a Cognos permission, you can sign in to SAP Concur. Click Home. In the Applications area of the Home menu, you should see an option labeled Reporting. Under Reporting you will see an option for Intelligence. Select this option. This will take you into Cognos. Once in Cognos, click the little folder indicated by the red arrow in the screenshot below. It will take you to the Content page with the Team content option selected. In here you will see the Intelligence - Standard Reports option.
