Concur site flashes and unable to change delegates

Is anyone else dealing with Concur flashing when attempting to change which delegate page you are working on? I have 20 different coworkers for which I am responsible and it can take up to 10 attempts to change the delegate name information due to the flashing issue. This occurs in Firefox and Google. I do not have a similar issue with any other website so I feel the problem comes from Concur.

@Tar_Heel are you still experiencing the issue? If so, I would suggest submitting a Help ticket to Concur Support so they can look and see what is causing it.
