Concur personal vehicle expense

i have submitted payment for personal vehicle mileage, the first ones i did were approved and paid by check to me, i have others i have submitted and they have been sitting saying Pending Vendor Creation Vendor Creation, another GMA thought maybe it was due to my banking information wasnt loaded,. i did all that and have recalled the reports and resubmitted and they still sit saying same thing, anyone know why and what i need to do to get these taken care of?  thank you for any insight.

@MindieF I'm not sure when something changed, but the status you are seeing means that the system is waiting for you to have what is called a Vendor ID added to your profile. This is something your site admin will need to do. If you don't know who this is, I would recommend speaking with your manager to see if they know.
