Concur down?

I have tried to approve some reports in Concur and it is saying something is wrong and couldn't load a page.  I, then, logged out and logged back in and now it is saying that I do not have the ability to do what I am supposed to be able to do.  Is something going on?

Concur Open doesn't show any outage or degradation.
