Concur Delegates Access Denied_With Concur New User Interface

Hello - I work for CCALAC (Community Clinic Assoc of LA County) and we're having a org-wide issue with delegates access being denied on any action attempted on the account delegated.  The delegate can view the account only. We've checked to make sure the proper permission boxes are checked. Once I'm added as  delegate, I'm able to have access; but then it drops again after the first time I get in.  This has been since Concur's new user interface was implemented. Are we missing a new step in the process?

@ehobson-griffin hello there. I'm wondering if you might provide some screenshots of what you are experiencing. Also, what do you mean by, "it drops again"? You mean you can access the user's account upon initial try, but then after that you don't see the user appear in the Acting as other user field?
