Reservar Viaje

Quiero intentar reservar un viaje y me dice (Lo lamentamos, Encontramos un problema que impidio llevar a cabo su solicitud, Error del sistema de reservas)

@LizRmz95 hello there. Currently we do not have a translation option here on the community (we are working on it though) so for future posts, if you could post in English, you will probably get more responses. 

 

I would recommend contacting your company's travel agency if you need to book your travel soon. As for the error message, unfortunately it isn't very helpful. 

 

One thing for you to check...do you have frequent traveler numbers entered on your SAP Concur Travel profile? If so, make sure the name on your SAP Concur profile matches the names on your frequent travel programs. You will need to go to the Airline, Car Rental and Hotel websites to check your profile there. If the names do not match, it can cause the error you encountered.
