Concur Data for AI Training?

Good afternoon!

I usually skim through the Community messages but do not remember seeing anything about AI training.

We recently received an email to sign an updated contract to include AI Technology bits. I randomly checked our configuration (somewhere I hardly ever go!) and was quite surprised to see that the option Data for AI Training was switched on. I was not aware it was so, don't know how long it has been switched on for - all making me a little bit wary. My account manager mentioned this was included in a previous system release and I should definitely get those notifications to stay updated..

Anyone else thought this should have been a bit more obvious?

Not all users automatically receive release notifications.
Sometimes only:

Company’s designated Concur Admin
Or users registered in the SAP Concur Support Portal

If you’re not registered there, you may not receive communications.

Release notes are typically sent only to users who are subscribed to product updates.

Check:

Log into Concur
Go to Help > Product Release Notes (or Support Portal)
Look for a Subscribe / Email Preferences option
Confirm the correct email address is listed

Alternatively, you may bookmark the URL below to access module- or product-specific monthly release notes. The first link under each section provides the detailed release information.

Regarding, Concur Data for AI Training release, this has been covered in November 2025 release notes. Attaching link for your further reference. If needed you can opt-out from this.
