Hi,
I would like add a 'user' or a 'role- Cognos Consumer' to an existing report. In order to do this,
- I select the report
- then click on the ellipsis (...),
- then click on Properties,
- click on Permission tab
- check the box for 'Override Parent Permissions'
- then click on '+' to add.
When I click '+', a panel opens up with text 'Select groups, users or roles' but nothing else where I can make selection (see image attached). Not sure why this is happening? The role assigned to me as a user is 'Cognos Professional Author' (Global)and 'Role Administrator'
Has anyone here experienced this? Any insight ?

Reporting permissions are in the Company Administration settings. This is where you can assign roles to different employees. They cannot access without this role.
