Chat Now Function not working

Dear SAP,

I am unable to "Raise a Ticket" as I get an error message, but have completed three Chat Now tickets.

In all cases, I have not had a response from anyone to help resolve my issues.

Please advise what the process should be to get help quickly.

@V2 hello there. What is the issue you are trying to contact Support about? I cannot guarantee I will know the answer, but I might. At least I can post your question internally on our Slack channels to try and get the answer if I don't know.
