Change our Logo on the main page

Hello, I'd like to change my company's logo on the Concur mainpage as seen here:

This is the new logo that should replace the old one:

From what I've read on previous threads, this needs to be requested over here and cannot be changed by an admin.. so can you change it please?

@francozinni actually that request should be made to SAP Concur Support, not here on this community. 🙂

When submitting the logo image to Concur Support, it must meet the following requirements:

• It must be in JPG, GIF or PNG format if your company uses any combination of Travel AND Expense
• The file must be under 100 KB in size
• The image should be no more than 55 pixels high and no more than 200 pixels in length

You must have the role of "Authorized Support Contact"  in your user profile

Then you can find the link: go ? -> Contact Support

Hi,

I'm trying to do this, but when I create a support case, I can't see where to attach a file. Could you help me with that?

@mcanovas unfortunately I don't have access to our Support Portal. I would just submit the case and provide comments that you didn't see where to upload the image. I'm sure Support will provide the steps on how to do it.
