@pn1 can you send me a private message with the username/login ID you are entering please? You might be typing the wrong username. To send me a private message, click my username (KevinD) the click Message.
Just so you know, the email address you have listed here is not the username/login ID I see for you. So, if you are entering the email address you have here on your Community profile, I can tell you that is not the correct username you should be using to sign in.
