Authenicator not working

I need to reset 2FA as it keeps coming up with an error message. I have followed the instructions we are given in the SAP guide, but as I cannot get into my profile at all the instructions do not work for me. If anyone can help. Thanks

Your company's Concur administrator can reset your 2FA.
