Approvers are not receiving notifications when an expense report is on their queue

Hello,

 

The approvers at our company noticed they are not receiving notifications when a new expense report is on their queue. The reports "time out" and then go directly to one of our VPs.

Any ideas what could be the cause of this?

Hi @JCKasai ,

 

To ensure that an approver receives email notifications for pending approvals, the following settings must be enabled in their profile:

 

For Expense Reports
1. Navigate to Profile Settings.
2. Scroll down to Expense Settings.
3. Click on Expense Preferences.
4. Check the box for Send email when... an expense report is submitted for approval.
5. Click Save.

Hello @PoojaKumatkar ,

 

The users checked their profile and they already had that option checked, meaning they are not receiving the notification email even when the option is ticked. Is there anything else they can do to fix that?

May i know whether approvers were receiving email notifications few days back Or not receiving since day one?

They used to receive notifications, but that changed as of late.
