Access a coucur on company cell phone.

I could not access a concur on company cell phone in order to apply an account for business trip.

Please let me know what should I do and what is a cause.

@Jennie1 when you say you couldn't access Concur on a company cell phone, what do you mean exactly? Were you not able to sign in? Did you download our mobile app and were not able to sign in to the app?

 

We will need more information on what steps you tried to access SAP Concur to better assist you. 

 

Could you just sign in to SAP Concur desktop to accomplish what you need?
