Corporate AMEX for Personal Use

We have 2 audit rules for those that use their Corporate AMEX card for personal use:

Require a receipt showing that AMEX has been paid for the purchase, and not submit an expense report if an AMEX transaction not on the report is older than 60 days

Also, we have a “Personal Expense” type that they must use to submit the charge.

Can one transaction be submitted if it is both company expense and personal expense?  Just itemized for the expense and then checked the box for personal expense?
