Solved: new ghost card

Hi. I entered a new ghost card which is valid for certain employees only.

When is it active for use - immediately after saving in our system or does Concur needs e.g. 24h to activate it?

@NatalieUlmer I think it would be active immediately. I would suggest contacting your travel agency. They should be able to see the Ghost Card on their end and let you know if it is ready to go.
