In legacy Concur, if the ghost card configuration is set to 'Require for Air' and 'Allow Travelfusion Bookings: If CVV is not required', a user is prompted to add a secondary form of payment at checkout when booking Travelfusion carriers that require CVV, but unable to select a secondary form of payment for all other air bookings because 'Allow users to choose a personal credit card even if they have a custom corporate card: For Air and Rail' is unchecked. I believe this is working as intended to allow companies to require ghost card except when CVV is needed.
In New Concur Travel, the functionality is different with the same configuration settings. Users are no longer prompted to add a secondary form of payment when booking a Travelfusion carrier that requires CVV, which presents a significant problem: Companies must now decide to either exclude Travelfusion carriers that require CVV from being booked, since their is no way for the user to pay, or open up the ability for users to use secondary form of payments for all air bookings rendering the 'Require for Air' setting useless.
Has anyone found a solution to solve for this?
