adding guest profile

I need to add a guest to my profile so I can make travel arrangements on their behalf

@ibkfin Guests cannot be added to your profile. I take it by guest you mean a non-employee of your company, correct? 

The only ways to book for someone else is:

1. If your company has turned on the Guest Booking option for you.

2. You call your travel agency and have them do the booking.

I would suggest option 2 as it will likely be easier to get in touch with the travel agency rather than track down who your site administrator is.

New Admin and I am booking a flight and hotel for a non-employee. I just want to know the process on reimbursing them for out of pocket expenses and car rental?

there is only a possibility to set up a profile for a guest.
