You are not set up as a Travel User

Hello everyone, 

When I try to book hotels/flights this error message pops up - Can anybody share the support email address to understand how to resolve it ? 

 

"You are not set up as a Travel User, therefore you will not be able to book travel at this time".

@xand You will want to reach out to your TMC (Travel Management Company), they should be able to assist with this.

@xand have you reached out to the person or team at your company that manages SAP Concur? They can simply add the Travel permission to your profile. 

 

If you aren't sure who this would be, when you sign in to SAP Concur do you see a Company Notes section on the home screen? If so, look there to see if a phone number or email is listed for you to contact to get help.

Hi there Melanie and Kevin,

I received instructions today how to solve the problem and was enough completing the profile and adding my corporate credit card, once I've done it the error message vanished. Many thanks both for the reply.
