What does this message mean. I'm trying to book a flight

We're Sorry... We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request. Error from reservation system: SABRE PROFILES SAFE MODE NOT AVAILABLE

@Montgha7 if you need a booking done ASAP, call your travel management company. In the mean time, you'll need SAP Concur Support do a synch on your profile. If you log in to SAP Concur, click Help in the upper right corner. In the Help drop down, you might see an option that says Contact Support. If you see this option, select it to go to our help portal. You should be able to open a chat or submit a help ticket. If you don't see the option to Contact Support, then your site administrator will need to submit the help ticket for you. 


I wasn't able to see who your site admin is, but if you log in to SAP Concur, look in the Company Notes section for links or contact information for help. If that doesn't yield any help, speak with your direct manager to see if they can help find out who is the admin at your company.

Try going into the Profile on the Admin side  and clear the Sabre Profiles ID , by clicking the clear button click SAVE and retry
