JET BLUE--anything but basic

the default for us is JET BLUE basic.  No carry on, no check luggage.  Has anyone changed their profile to get Blue so one can carry a bag onto the plane?  If yes, please share the process to obtain that BLUE ability to carry a bag onto the plane.

@Buddy from your description it sounds like your company has set up travel rules that only allow JET BLUE Basic to be selected. You would need to speak to those at your company in charge of setting up these travel rules. When you sign in to SAP Concur. look in the Company Notes section to see if there is contact information for getting help.
