Unable to book Flight

Picture1.pngHi I am unable to book a flight due to below error -

 

Passenger land line phone number is invalid in the request.

 

My Landline number is correct. I have removed it from my company profile. Please help in getting this resolved as I have to book the flights on urgent basis.

@j966447 have you tried booking after removing your land line number?

@j966447 Hello.  I have seen this error come up before in Concur cases.  The recommendation is to please go into your travel profile and access the Contact Information section (Profile>Profile Settings>Contact Information). Fill in the Work Phone field with a work number or your mobile number. Make sure not to enter any special characters, country codes or spaces in these fields. Save your changes and try booking your travel again.

Thanks Kevin and Tricia. The address 1 field had exact 50 characters and Address2 was empty. I did a split in the address and saved. This worked.
