Travel agency link for Concur itinerary

When our travel agency is booking the flights the itinerary should be linked to Concur. This automatic process is never working and the travel agency need to trigger this process multiple time manually before the itinerary is shown in Concur.

How can this process be reliable automated?

I have this same issue.  When our employees call our agency to book the itinerary should sync to Concur.  It rarely does.  My TMC has told me that there is an automated process where the booking goes into a queue and it should sync to Concur.  I usually have to call multiple times as well.  There is clearly something wrong but nobody seems to know how to resolve.  Be curious to know if others have experienced the same thing.
