@stephendepaola5 do you have TSA Pre-check and if so did you sign up for it before getting the TWIC card or are you asking if the TWIC card grants you TSA Pre-check?
I'm not sure if the TWIC card grants you pre-check or not. It appears TWIC is for maritime ports, not airports.
