If our company would like to use Concur Travel in the future (not something we have currently), what does the set up process look like? Do I need to select an underlying travel management company (i.e. World Travel, Direct Travel, AMEX) that can be accessed via the Concur Travel platform or does Concur provide these services as well as the platform?

@LCastillo Hello!  You can choose either a TMC or have it all directly through SAP Concur.  I am not an expert in the process, hoping that others here can share their experiences with you.  I would suggest reaching out to your Account Manager as they will be able to provide you with more info on this and what next steps would be!

@LCastillo Let me clarify one thing...all SAP Concur Travel customers will need a TMC. The TMC is who does the actual fulfillment and ticketing of travel itineraries.
