Hi There, can anyone let me know of the 2 letter State Code and 3 letter Province Code of Singapore?

@henryvictor did you ever get this figured out? If you are trying to enter it on your Concur Travel profile, those two items are not required.

Kevin, could use your help here. I work with AstraZeneca, based in Canada and cannot update new passport infor because of this issue with inputting a 3 letter code for province in my head office and personal address. There is nothing pertaining to this issue on teh company notes page of Concur. I have tried the suggestions you have in other posts, leaving the field blank, completely deleting the address, then save and the nre-adding. Nothing works. Tried deleting old passport info and adding passpot, same error message that everyone else gets. Not sure where to go on this?

@JRsav someone else just posted about this today, here is what I responded with and it worked for them. Let me know how it works.

"Did you check the Work Address area and also the Emergency Contact area?

The Emergency Contact area has a little checkbox that is selected by default that says, "Address same as employee" which will auto-populate the fields in this section. So, try deleting out all the State/Province fields on the profile (there are three of them). To delete the Emergency Contact section, uncheck the Address same as employee checkbox. That will allow you to edit those fields."

Thanks Kevin for providing this solution, it works! after spending more than an hour trying to figure out what's wrong with the State/Province field, just came to your reply on this post and found that all the 3 checkboxes of the "Address same as employee" should be unselected which addressed the issue !

The product development team should look into a permanent solution for this issue as i can see many people are getting stuck on this field.

Thanks once again!

KevinD,

One of the employees have the same issue.  He didn't select the 'Address same as employee' in the Emergency Contact area.  His work, home and emergency contact area all have City, Province (Quebec or QC).  He can't add a new passport.  Please advse.

@MeiCheung could you please send me the name of this employee and their SAP Concur username in a private message. I'm afraid without seeing the user's profile, I can't really do much. 🙂

Thank you,

I am trying to set up new data on my profile, I can't save the data due to State and Province Code

Is there a list for state code in Mexico? I am looking for Code of Chihuahua, this field ask for 2 or 3 letters, Chihuahua abbreviations is "Chih ", Is there any recommendations?

Hi Archibaldo, it is best to leave the State/Province field blank. It is only needed for United States and Canada users. Safe Travels!
