Problem with adding phone number into personal information.

Hi All, 

Please can you advise if it is possible to add phone number in the personal information tab without adding a credit card (as a person still does not have a credit card but needs to add phone number to be assigned as travel assistant).

Please can you advise me how to do it? Any time we try to add only the phone number there is an error that there are no card details and the phone number cannot be saved.
