Name change

My middle name appears in the box where my first name is, so now my middle name is listed twice on travel documents. The system will not allow me to edit this as the box is now gray and will not allow me to click in it. How can I change my name so that it properly matches my identification and other documents?

@tfdaniels your company's internal SAP Concur site administrator will need to update your name. The grayed out box means your company wants to control name changes. Site admins are usually people in the Finance, Accounting or Payroll/HR departments. If you have a Company Notes section on the SAP Concur home page when you sign in, there might be Help contact details there.
