Moble App Sign In Trouble

I have a concur travel profile and signed in many times using the web version.  I have downloaded the app under the profile section.  When signing in using the same credentials as the web version, the display indicates "Signing in" then "Still signing in" and it never logs me in.  I receive no errors just the spinning banner that displays signing in.  I signed on using the web on my phone and all is good, just not the app view.  Any ideas on how to get past this?  Thanks in advance.

I figured out the issue right after the post.  The issue is my default browser on my phone.  It was set to Bing.  I changed it to Google Chrome and tried the app.  It successfully logged me in and works now using the app.
