Loyalty points with Avis not working

I’ve been trying to get my Avis points through concur, but it don’t add my wizard number. Airlines and hotels are fine. My wizard number is correct. We just switched to concur and this is the only loyalty program that don’t go through. Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

@Tglatfelter Here are steps to add your loyalty info:

Users can follow these steps to upgrade their Avis loyalty number:

  1. Go to Concur > Profile > Profile Settings
  2. Click Frequent-Traveler Programs
  3. Click Add a Program
  4. Select the Car Icon
  5. Select Avis
  6. Click Enroll in Avis Preferred or Link your profile. You will be taken to an authorization page - Connect Your Concur Profile to Avis
  7. Click Continue. You will be advised "Avis TripLink Application" is requesting access to your Concur account. Do you want to allow or deny this request?
  8. Click Allow
  9. Enter your Avis Wizard Loyalty number
  10. Confirm the link from Avis to Concur
  11. The connection appears in the Frequent-Traveler Programs section of your profile

@Tglatfelter Thanks for posting in the SAP Concur Community. Do you see an error message when trying to save the membership number?

To get my Wizard number working correctly, I got help from my TMC. They didn't explain what they did to resolve though.
