I am receiving an error that says "400 your request resulted in an error" and at the bottom is says "Error Code: Locked_Out." Who can I speak to about fixing this? I tried asking around my organization but no one knows who can help.
Your organization should have a Concur Administrator. If that person cannot help, ask them to submit a Concur Support Ticket so that Concur Support can further investigate the issue.

For future reference, any help with Travel or Expense, look in the Company Notes section when you are logged into SAP Concur. I know you can't get logged in at the moment, but for other Concur product related questions, your company has a lot of helpful resources in the Company Notes section of the Concur home screen.
