Thank you Kevin for the response. I was told this was a requirement to get into the country, not a traveler's preference, but I couldn't find anything documenting it as such. In preparation for trip, I didn't want to be blindsided. I reached out to a colleague who traveled in Singapore last fall and they said they did have to show they had a quarantine policy.
