Incorrect hotel charged

I booked a hotel for an upcoming trip at a Thompson hotel for $1,136.20. The hotel reservation was confirmed in my itinerary.

 

My credit card statement shows a billing charge for a different hotel for $1,556.40. There is no charge for the Thompson.

 

How do I rectify this? I can't find a way to contact a human being. Thanks!

@martyyu incorrect charges on your credit card should be handled by the card issuer. You likely will need to dispute the charge and have it credited. Most hotels do not charge you up front before your stay, 

 

Contacting your card issuer is the best course of action.
