Can't Book Flight

When I try to book a flight for an upcoming business trip, I get an error that says " We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request. Error from reservation system: NO STARS". Can someone help me with this?

@kenjharmon and @morgan_sargeant you will need to contact your company's travel agency to get this corrected. This isn't an issue you can correct yourself.
