Having an issue when I search for a hotel at two different locations. One a smaller area says it can only show 4 of 19 hotels. the other a large city 90 of 117. But all the hotels error out as cannot get rate. Is this an issue due to search preferences (have no filter set) or a bigger issue? I booked a hotel a few weeks ago on concur but now its not working as designed.

@burrhead20 have you tried speaking with your company's travel agency? They might be able to provide some guidance on the issue.
